Reimagine neighbourhoods
Reboundary uses clusters to capture attributes from multiple data layers to describe populations in a new insightful way.
Using clustering techniques, Reboundary allows users to draw information from many data layers allowing a better understand of a place and the opportunities and risks that lie within it.
Reboundary is a tool that can help your organisation better know what investments are required to meet specific, place-based needs. Reimagining neighbourhoods this way is extremely powerful, the application of this technique is endless.

Powerful tools to help you manage your interests

The analytical possibilities are just as rich as the data. Reboundary transforms
geo-datasets into meaningful and useful information that can be used for more effective strategic and operational insights and decision-making.
Refine data enquiry with cluster search

Reboundary use 30 core datasets
(and growing) to establish the ‘baseline’,
a combination of publicly available data featuring population and localised data, sourced from local authorities such as planning and building approvals and amenities as well as datasets specifically designed and not publicly accessible.
New datasets are being identified and integrated regularly – with each new data set that is incorporated, the potential to analyse and identify issues in a spatial location increase.

Tailored user
application
The real and unique feature of Reboundary is that we've developed functionality that allows user data to be overlayed with the place-based data used to drive the cluster analysis. The tool then becomes multi-layer and specific to user needs. A true custom analysis tool.
This allows user information to overlayed against spatial features and clusters, defined using specific attributes tailoring the program to meet custom analysis needs. For example, bank data can be used to identify markets, or assess risk at a very granular level. Infrastructure data such as bus stops, childcare, aged care or community centres can be used to identify specific and/or likely infrastructure needs within specific locations. Housing and demographic analysis can help paint a richer and more detailed picture of the true character of a neighbourhood to assist in housing related decisions.
Every organisation, whether profit or not, that has a spatial element to its revenue, cost and investment decisions can use, and benefit from Reboundary.
